2 Tbs. Knox Sparkling Gelatin
1/2 c. Cold Water
1/2 c. Boiling Water
2 c. Sugar
Juice of an Orange
Juice of a Lemon
Grated Rind of Orange
Red or Green Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in colder water for 5 minutes. Put sugar and boiling water in saucepan. Bring to boiling point, add soaked gelatin and boil 20 minutes. Add juice and food coloring. Strain into pan which as been dipped in cold water. Let stand until firm. Remove from pan and place on wax paper that has been liberally sprinkled with sugar. Cut into squares and roll into sugar.
