1 head Lettuce or Spinach
1/4 lb. Fried Bacon, diced
3 Hard Boiled Eggs, sliced
1 Onion, chopped
Croutons
1/3 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Celery
1 Tbs. Mustard
1/2 c. Oil
1/3 c. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lettuce, bacon, eggs, onion and croutons together. Mix sugar, salt, celery, mustard, oil and vinegar together. Pour wet dressing onto salad right before serving.
