Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2½ cups milk
½ cup canola oil
½ cup granulated sugar
2 Jumbo eggs
3 Packages Quick Rise yeast
1 full teaspoon to 1¼ tsp. salt
7 to 7½ cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat on stove over medium heat, milk, oil, sugar until very warm, beat in eggs. Remove from heat, when lukewarm add yeast. Let this set 5 minutes and add salt. Pour mixture into large metal or glass bowl. Then add flour a little at a time until it starts coming up the beaters (about 3-4 cups), then add more flour stirring with spoon. When dough starts coming away from bowl, put on cupboard or freezer paper that has shiny side up and taped down to counter top. Knead (3-5 minutes), put in greased bowl, let rise, punch down and let rise again. Dough rises best in a warm location, in a metal bowl faster than glass. Option, warm oven to 200 degrees and turn off. Let dough rise in this environment. Make into rolls, kolaches, cinnamon rolls, Runza, garlic rolls, twist, tea rings, whatever you wish.

Bake in a 350 degree oven approximately 20 minutes. Baking time depends on the oven, the pan color, watch until light golden brown. (See filling recipes on the next page.)
