1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup red wine (Burgundy)
1 Tbsp Dijoin mustard
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 cups olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl whisk together the vinegar, wine, mustard and sugar.
Slowly add the olive oil,whisk constantly.
Add salt and water to taste.

Good with romaine lettuce and crumbled Roquefort cheese.
Whenever you make a vinaigrette use your best olive oil. You taste the olive oil and there is no masking cheap olive oil.
