Fresh spinach
Salt
1 cup sour cream
4 Tbsp white vinegar
Sugar (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Pick over and carefully wash your spinach leaves.
Add salt to water in a pot, bring to a boil.
Boil until the spinach is tender.
Drain spinach.
Chop up cooked spinach with a knife or cleaver.
In a bowl mix the sour cream with the vinegar.
Add sugar, it up to your taste how sweet or how sour you want it.
Add spinach, mix well.
