1 loaf of white bread, I dry the bread for a day or 2 on a cookie sheet
¼ stick of butter
½ cup celery,diced
¼ cup onion,diced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
½ tsp. black pepper
1 qt. chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, place the bread that has been cubed; add the salt, pepper & poultry seasoning; set aside. In a large skillet, melt the butter, add the celery & onion - cook until onions are transparent. When the onions are cooked add them to the bread mixture along , with the chicken stock. Mix until combined. Bake in a 350º oven for 30 minutes. Serve with the Thanksgiving Bird and Lots & Lots of gravy.
