Marinade:
3/4 cup ketsup
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 worstshire sauce
3 cloves garlic-crushed
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp hot pepper

sliced venison meat your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients, slice the meat, pour marinade over meat. Let sit 4-7 days.
Heat grill or fry pan, cook each piece 2-4 mins.

Dan brought this recipe with him. He has used this marinade to make his jerky in the dehydrator. He also like to grill it. Enjoy!
