Dough:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp. baking powder
juice and rind of one orange
⅛ tsp. salt
3½ cups flour

Filling:
Turkish Delight, cut into small chunks
Nuts
Cherry jam
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 325º.

Combine the dough ingredients. Divide into 3 balls.
On a floured board, roll each ball ⅛” thick.
Spread on jam. Sprinkle on coconut and nuts.
Place a narrow row of Turkish Delight across the
near edge of the dough, and roll up as for a jelly roll.

Bake at 325º on a greased cookie sheet for 30-45 minutes until light brown. Slice when cool.
These can also be baked in a greased loaf pan.
