Crust:
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Confectioners Sugar
dash of Salt
2 sticks Butter

Filling:
1 pint Canned Raspberry Jam
1 cup Raspberries
8 ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature

Topping:
3/4 cup Flour
3/4 cup Quick Cooking Oatmeal
1 stick Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and prep a 9X13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
FOR CRUST: mix all ingredients in a bowl until you have ball of dough. Place it in the prepared pan and flatten. Bake for 20 minutes.
While crust is baking prepare TOPPING in the same bowl, combing all ingredients. In a small mixing bowl, combine jam and raspberries. Once crust is removed from oven, allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
Spread cream cheese on crust and spoon berry mixture over cream cheese.
Sprinkle topping mixture over berry mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
Let cool before cutting and serving.
