1/2 Jar of white queso
12 oz frozen or canned corn
2 TBSP butter
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley

Directions:

Heat a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add butter and corn. Let cool for 3-5 minutes. Add queso and turn off heat. Top with cilantro or parsley and serve
