Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
catfish fillets (or any other fish)
Buttermilk
1 cup cornmeal
Salt and Pepper to taste
Peanut Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dip fillets in buttermilk; then in cornmeal mixture
Coat well
Season with salt and pepper
Deep fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
Note: Can pan fry at high heat until golden brown. Turn pan fried fish over once.
