1 Super Moist Yellow Cake Mix (or your own recipe)
20 oz can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup +2 tbsp sugar
6 oz vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
4 bananas
1 medium cool whip (or whipped cream)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to directions on box but bake only 3/4 the batter. Use additional batter for cupcakes or throw away.
While cake is baking, mix pineapple( juice and all) and sugar. Stir in sugar and cook on low till sugar dissolves. When cake is done, pour pineapple mixture over hot cake. Let cool.
Mix the pudding and milk in a bowl and refrigerate. Slice the bananas over the cooled pineapple on cake. Cover with pudding. Spread whipped cream or cool whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and coconut. Keep refrigerated.
