2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. vegetable liquor (drained from spinach)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
6 oz. Kraft jalapeno cheese (roll)
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
red pepper to taste
Buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain, saving liquor. Melt butter and cook onions in it till soft. Add flour till blended. Add liquids (milk and liquor) stirring constantly. Cook till thick, add seasonings and cheese (chop cheese in chunks so it will melt). Add spinach. Mix well. Put in casserole and add crumbs to top. Heat in 350º oven till crumbs are browned.
