Ingredients: Homemade Turkey Soup: Put all your Thanksgiving dinner leftovers...(mashed potatoes, turkey bits and pieces... (no bones)...veggies, gravy), into a medium-sized saucepan or one that will fit...(Reserve your stuffing ..or make some Stove Top) Add 2 cups water. If there wasn't much gravy leftover...add 1-2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup...you can also add some frozen peas and/or carrots if desired)... Salt and pepper to taste... Add a pinch of poultry seasoning (if desired) Let cook until flavors are combined...and it is hot and done.. (go by your taste...and how you like it) *************************************************** Spray the cups of a muffin pan with baking spray. Form the stuffing into 2-3 inch balls and place one ball into each muffin cup... Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until done ...and just a little crusty.... ********************************************* Serve up your soup in bowls and add 1-2 stuffing balls to the top of the soup, after it is in the bowl.. Serve hot with left over cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie... ******************
