1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cupcake liners in a 12 cup muffin tin.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together, both sugars, spices, salt baking soda and baking powder.
3. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, pumpkin, melted butter and vegetable oil.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir just until mixed.
5. Stir in butterscotch chips.
6. Divide batter evenly between the 12 cups. Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
