Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cups chicken, cooked and boned (cut into bite-size pieces)
2 large boiled eggs, diced
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
1 cup potato chips, crushed

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except potato chips. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle crushed chips over the top.
Bake at 400º for 25 minutes.
