Personal Notes:
Recipe provided by Cousin Jane Wakeland. States "the original recipe for Grandmother's Cousin Fern Copacia"

Jane remembers- I can remember your dad (Jerry) and I sitting at their kitchen table watching your Aunt Verla making banana bread when we were kids. Grandmother entered the banana bread in a contest at the Old Settlers Days that took place in the park in Odon. She won a blue ribbon. About 15 years ago I entered the banana bread in our local festival called Riley Days that takes place in Greenfield, IN. I won a blue ribbon too.
