1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1½ tbsp. margarine - melted and cooled
1 tsps. dark molasses
2 tsps. cocoa
1½ tsps. pumpkin pie spice
½ tsps. cinnamon
½ tsps. salt
1 can evaporated milk (try ½ can, add more for more filling)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour in pastry shells. Makes 2 pies. Bake in preheated oven at 450º, then reduce to 350º and bake for 45-55 minutes. Pie is done when you can stick a knife in the center and it comes out clean.
