3 # rump roast (Venison or Beef)
(frozen or thawed)
1 stick butter
1 packet AuJus gravy mix
1 packet Dry Ranch Dressing (dip mix)
1/2 of a 16 oz. jar of Peperoncini and
half jar of the juice from it

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a slow cooker or crockpot.
Turn on low and let cook 8 hours
Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes
