1 c packed brown sugar
½ c flour
1 c chopped pecans
⅔ c butter (no substitutes), melted
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
In a bowl combine brown sugar, flour and pecans, set aside. Combine butter and beaten eggs, mix well. Stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fill greased and floured or paper lined muffin tins ⅔ full. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until tested done.

(I used a non-stick muffin pan and just sprayed them with a non-stick cooking spray and haven't had any trouble with them coming out of the pan. It is easier than greasing and flouring all of those little holes.)
