Ingredients:  
1 medium vidalia onion, grated fine (drain to remove juice)
1¼ c Hellman's mayonnaise (this is the only brand that heats without separating)
8 oz grated swiss cheese
juice of ½ lemon
dash salt
Tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Place in oven proof bowl or serving dish and bake at 325º until hot and bubbly. Serve with Frito Scoopers.
