Combine ground meat, cracker crumbs, seasonings, ketchup, milk and egg. Mix lightly and shape into patties or meatballs. Melt butter in skillet and brown patties or meatballs. Put in oven proof baking dish and peeled and cut up potatoes and baby carrots. Mix 1 can golden mushroom soup, 1-2 cans water, and 1 package home style gravy mix (powder). Stir well and pour over meat and veggies. Bake at 350º until veggies are done. I often make this in an electric skillet.
