2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Flavouring
1 cup Cake Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup hot Milk
2 tablespoons Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add sugar to eggs and beat thoroughly; add flavouring.
2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add to egg mixture. Mix well.
3. Add milk and butter that have been heated together. Beat until smooth.
4. Pour batter into 11x16 inch pan, lined with wax paper.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
6. Turn out on to towel that has been spread with sugar.
7. Remove paper, cut off crisp edges, spread with raspberry jam, grape jelly or lemon spread and roll.
