2 cups shell macaroni
1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
1 pint fresh oysters
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Buttered crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in bolling, salted water until tender, then drain, Simmer oysters in own liquid until edges curl. Drain and reserve liquid. Combine macaroni, oysters, warmed soup and onion, Add oyster liquid and
a little milk if necessary until mixture ts a creamy consistency. Add grated cheese and pour into casserole dish. Top with buttered crumbs, Bake ln 375 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
