Two small pkg sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2-oz container sugar-free Crystal Light lemonade drink mix
6 packets Equal sugar substitute
2-1/4 c fat-free milk
8-oz container sugar-free whipped topping
2 graham cracker crusts
Grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pudding mix, drink mix and Equal in a medium bowl. Stir well. Stir in milk with a wire whisk until thickened. Gently fold in whipped topping until blended. Spoon mixture over crusts and spread evenly. Sprinkle with grated lemon rind. Chill at least 3 hours before cutting. Freezes well if wrapped tightly.
