1 cup sugar
1 cup bananas (3)
½ butter or margarine
2 tsp baking soda
1½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup walnuts (if desired)

Cream sugar, butter and egg
Add mashed bananas
Sift flour, salt, soda and add to above mixture

Bake at 375º for 20 min
