Remove frozen fillets from pouches and rinse under water. Line baking pan
with the tin foil and place frozen fillets in pan. Top with 2 tablespoon of any simple sauce and bake for 10-12 minutes at 425º. Fish is ready when meat flakes when tested with a fork. If fillets have been thawed reduce cooking time 3-4 minutes.
Simple sauce: Teriyaki Marinade, Lemon pepper Marinade: Salsa or Picante; Pesto; Lemon and dill,
Sweet and sour, Honey Mustard (Sprinkle fillets with bread crumbs and top with dressing)
Season fillets with garlic powder and oregano or your favorite fresh herbs. Saute fillets over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve over lentil rice pilaf and fresh veg medley.
