3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 cup hot Milk
Butter the size of a walnut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs and add the sugar and beat again until light. Add the flour, soda and salt and beat again. Add the hot milk to which the butter has been added. Flavor. Bake in a quick oven (approximately 400º) for about 20 minutes.
