12 fresh jalapenos
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 package of bacon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove stems and cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove ALL seeds and discard. Spread cream cheese into each jalapeno half, filling level with top of pepper. Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each pepper with 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with toothpick. Place in a shallow pan or cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
