Marinade:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup fresh lime juice; about 4 limes
1/3 cup fresh orange juice; about 1 orange
1/4 cup fresh cilantro; chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/4 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper

1 1/4 lb chuck steaks; trimmed or skirt steak

Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Pound steaks into 1/2" thickness. Add the steaks to the marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours and up to 12 hours, turning occasionally. Discard marinade. Grill steaks over indirect heat for 15 mins, flip and continue to cook for another 15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Chop the meat into little bits. Serve with warm tortillas, salsa and grilled onions.
