3 Eggs, well beaten
3 tbsp. Cold Water
1 level tsp. Baking Powder
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
Salt

Powdered Sugar
1 cup or so of Jam or Jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well, add sugar and beat until quite stiff. Add water, then flour, baking powder and salt, sifted twice. Add vanilla and beat well. Bake in shallow pan in 375º oven.

Turn out on damp cloth and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Spread at once with jelly and roll quickly. Leave in damp cloth a few minutes, then place on cake cooler.
