2 cup Finely shredded cheddar cheese
½ lb deli ham, sliced thin and chopped
¾ cup Mayonnaise
⅓ cup Bacon Bits
2-3 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tub (12 oz) large refrigerated flakey biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine cheese, ham, mayo, bacon, and mustard

- Split biscuits into thirds

- Press into the bottom and sides of ungreased mini muffin cups

- Fill each with about 1 tbs. of cheese mixture

- Bake at 450º for 9-11 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted

- Let stand 2 minutes before removing from pans

- Serve warm
