1 C butter (I decrease this by half or more)
1 C dry white wine
juice of 1 lemon
¼ C worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. dried thyme
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (dried is fine)
12 chicken breasts (I use 6 large ones and cut them in half)
¾ C breadcrumbs
½ C parmesan cheese

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add wine, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme, and parsley. Cook over medium high heat until the mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Arrange in large baking dish. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and then the parmesan cheese. Pour the sauce over the top. Bake at 375º for 50-60 minutes, or until cooked through.
