5 Eggs
1½ tbsp. Vanilla
Ground Nutmet
3½ cups Milk
⅔ cup Sugar

Unbaked Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add milk, vanilla and sugar and mix well. pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º and bake about 20 minutes more. If knife comes out clean, it's done.
