5 Eggs
1 tbsp. Vanilla
Ground Nutmet
3 cups Milk
⅔ cup Sugar

Unbaked Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add milk, vanilla and sugar and mix well. pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and bake about 20 minutes more. If knife comes out clean, it's done.
