Ingredients:  
1 cup plus 1 Tablespoon rice
1 stick butter
1 Tablespoon grated onion
2 cans beef consomme
2 cans sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the rice in skillet with butter and onions. Stir while browning slowly. Put in casserole dish. Add the consomme and mushrooms. Cover and bake for 1-1/2 hours at 300. Uncover and stir for last few minutes.
