4-1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup grits
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup Cornflake crumbs
2 rolls garlic cheese (bacon may be used)
1 stick butter
2 eggs
Dash Tabasco sauce
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil. Slowly stir in grits and salt. Add butter. Cut up cheese and add, stirring while it melts. Beat eggs and pour in measuring cup. Fill to one cup with milk. Add dash of tabasco and pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle cornflake crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 400º until brown, about 30 minutes. Bacon or country ham may be cut up and put in this before baking.
