4 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz whipped cream cheese
4 oz lime juice ( Nellie & Joe's Key lime juice preferred)
2 squirts green food coloring
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Add egg yolks, condensed milk, cream cheese and lime juice to bowl and beat on high.
3. Stir in 2 squirts of green food coloring to the mixture.
4. Pour mixture into pie crust.
5. Bake on middle rack of oven for 10 minutes.
6. Let cool for about 10 minutes then place in refrigerator to cool completely and set.
7. Place the whipping cream and vanilla in mixer and whip until stiff peak forms.
8. Spread the whipping cream on top of the pie.
