½ C MAYONNAISE
½ C CREME FRAICHE
6 T PARSLEY
4 T CHIVES CHOPPED
2 TSP. DIJON MUSTARD
2 T LEMON JUICE
½ LB MANCHEGO CHEESE, GRATED
10 OZ ROASTED RED PEPPERS CHOPPED

PREHEAT BROILER TO HIGH. COMBINE CRAB, MAYONNAISE, CREME FRAICHE,
PARSLEY, CHIVES, MUSTARD LEMON JUICE, PEPPERS AND ¾ C OF THE CHEESE.
PLACE IN A 9 X 13 BAKING PAN. TOP WITH REMAINING CHEESE. PLACE UNDER THE BROILER
AND COOK 5 MIN OR UNTIL CHEESE IS GOLDEN BROWN.
