Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar

Filling:
3 (8-ounce each) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup mashed banana

Topping:
1 banana, sliced
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Crust:
Mix together crust ingredients. Press into bottom of 13 X 9 baking dish.

Filling:
Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in mashed banana. Pour into crust. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with strawberries, banana sliced tossed with lemon juice, and pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with melted semi-sweet baking chocolate, if desired. Cut into squares.
