½ Green Pepper
1 clove Garlic
4 Shallots, (or small Onions)
2 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Curry Powder
Dash of Tumeric
3 Bay Leaves
1 cup Cream (light)
½ tsp Salt
3 tbsp. Flour
2 lbs. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 piece of Cinnamon Bark
3 Whole Cloves
Boiled Rice for 8

Major Grey Chutney for serving (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop fine the green pepper, garlic and onions. Brown in butter. Then add curry, turmeric, cinnamon, bay leaves and cloves. Add the cream blended with salt and add flour. Cook 3 minutes, then add shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes. Take off fire, add lemon juice, stir it up. Serve with boiled rice arranged in a ring on a large round place, pouring the curry into the middle. Serves 6-8
