2 Eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. Sugar
1 cup Milk
1¼ cups Flour
Pinch of Salt

Sunshine Sauce
½ cup Butter or Margarine
1 Egg
1 Cup Confectioner's or Granulated Sugar
½ tsp.Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat baking cups or muffin pan. Mix all ingredients and put in well buttered cups or pan. Bake at 450º for 20 minutes, then 350º for 30 minutes.

Stir all sauce ingredients together and beat in a double boiler over hot water until fluffy. Serve hot in centers of broken popovers.
