4 cups sifted flour
1 pound butter
1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 tsp salt
Dash of cayenne
Pecan Halves

Directions:
Directions:
Shred the sharp Cheddar cheese.
Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together the flour, butter, cheese, salt and cayenne in a large bowl.
Mix well with your hands.
Make small Tbsp rounds and place on cookie sheets.
Add a pecan half on each biscuit.
Bake at 400 degrees for ten minutes.
Allow to cool on brown paper grocery bags.
