1 (12 ounce) package of peanut butter flavored chips
1 (14 ounce) can of condensed milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt PB chips, 1 cup of condensed milk and 2 tablespoons butter. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in peanuts. Spread mixture into wax or parchment paper lined 8 inch square pan. In a small sauté pan, melt the choc chips, remaining condensed milk and butter. Spread chocolate mixture on top of PB mixture. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely, covered at room temperature.
