2 small or 1 large Zucchini, scrubbed with a vegetable brush, and sliced medium and even
2 medium Onions, sliced thin
1 lb. hamburger (more or less), browned (Spam or cut up Hot Dogs work too) or
1 large pkg. Mushrooms, sliced and sautéed in a little Oil or Butter
½ lb. Sharp Cheese (or other), sliced thin
Large can of Peeled Tomatoes
Seasonings: Garlic Salt, Italian Oregano, Soy Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in casserole dish: zucchini, onion and meat or mushrooms. On each layer of zucchini sprinkle seasoning lightly and pour sparingly liquid seasoning. If you don't care about calories, you can dot each layer with butter, but not necessary. Cover top layer with cheese and pour over all a large can of peeled tomatoes. Cook at 375º for about 45 minutes till zucchini is tender and some of juice has cooked off.
