1 lb. Dried Lima Beans
1 tbsp. Molasses
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Brown Sugar
3 tbsp. Butter
3 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak lima beans overnight. Drain off water. Cover with more water; add 1 tsp salt and boil until tender. Drain, put in casserole or bean pot. Add brown sugar, butter and salt. Then spoon in the molasses and sour cream. Bake 1 hour at 300.
