8 or 9 large peaches
1 3oz box of peach jello
1 cup sugar
2 TBS cornstarch
1 cup water
1 frozen pie crust

Bake 9" deep dish pie crust according to directions. Cool.

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small pan. Add water bring to a boil until thickened. Take off burner, add jello. Arrange peaches in crust and gently pour the mixture over them. Chill for two hours. Serve with whipped topping.
