Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 cups White Flour, sifted
1 pound fresh Butter (do not use margarine)
1 cup fresh Whole Milk (don’t use canned)
Melted butter
Cinnamon & White Sugar mixture (you can use brown if preferred)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the butter into the flour well to form a fine mixture, don’t leave lumps.
2. Add milk and mix together to form pastry.
3. Roll out dough into circle.
4.Brush liberally with melted butter and sprinkle liberally with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. If you don’t use enough butter and the cinnamon sugar mixture, your cookies won’t have much flavor.
5. Cut dough in pie fashion (like you would cut a pizza) and roll each slice up from the outside towards the middle to form a croissant style.
6. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350-375 till lightly browned.
