2 pounds boneless, skinless Chicken, cubed
1 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
2/3 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Oil
fat, heated to fry

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift flour and add baking powder and salt.
2. In separate bowl, beat eggs and add milk and oil. Blend liquid mixture into dry, beat well until smooth.
3. Drop diced chicken in batter. Spoon out and place in deep fryer. Fry until golden brown. Remove and place in bowl lined with paper towel.
