4 large Potatoes, cubed
1 pound Ground Beef
1 large Onion, chopped
4 stalks Celery, chopped
Parsley
1 teaspoon Garlic, chopped
Oregano, Salt & Pepper, Tabasco Sauce or more Cayenne Pepper
1 large can of Tomato Sauce
2 cans of Water

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetables. Brown meat then drain grease. Add spices and veggies and cook until veggies are translucent. Add tomato sauce, water and Tabasco sauce, then cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Add potatoes then cook an additional 30-45 minutes. Serve over rice.
